Source for Marchant 1A parts

Anyone forum member ever source internal parts for a Marchant Model 1A (air powered semi portable shrinker/stretcher)? Looking for new leather cup seal for the air cylinder piston, various o-rings, internal springs, etc.

I would like to use genuine Marchant service parts, but efforts to contact Marchant, Beltsville, MD (emailed twice & called once) has resulted in no response whatsoever.

Thanks! JG

Here is the contact information I've used. Be sure to give Richard your serial number to get the correct parts. Hope this helps, Bob

That's who I emailed twice and who I left a phone message with - unfortunately no response.

I was hoping one of the guys here maybe knew another source for Marchant 1A parts... Thanks again.

Good news - tried calling Marchant again yesterday & was able to contact Richard. He was very helpful and took my order for genuine 1A replacement parts.:)

I'm glad you got through to Marchant, John. I was just about ready to contact them for you .....

Kent - thanks for thinking of helping.

Yes, Kudos to Richard at Marchant for saving the day with new 1A parts. I was getting desperate as deteriorating cup seals, o-rings, etc caused the 1A's to lose their "oomph" when working 1/8" thick CRS for a time sensitive project.
