It still looks tight along the weld, you need more stretching along the edge of the weld. You need to get more metal for that corner to move, and the only place you will get is from that...

It does make it confusing with 2 threads for the same job, but in Jeff's 1st thread, he's only asking what happens if you shrink the centre of a panel. Then he has just used his repair as reference....

Just make sure you have a smooth weld on that back face(underside) you may have to get in there and grind that weld bead down, then try what Marcus and Martin suggested to knock it up from...
