I 've done that on smaller parts. I don't know if that will give me a nice smooth bend at 180 degrees. Being the tunnel will be probably 5 feet long I don't know if I could do that by myself. Or ...

Stake rust preventive

Got my stake plate table made. I sand blasted the stakes. Now I looking for some kind of coating to put on them to keep the rust from coming back. What are people using? Thanks in advance, Steve

What I'm looking for is the placements ,and the size ( width ) of the braces under the stake plate that the plate bolts to. These support the plate and are part of the base.

What size holes seemed to work best? I think I'm going for the threaded holes. General welding , tube chassis for a 53 Studebaker, and bircages for 68 and up sno pro snowmobiles.

The table was already built 5x 10 kinda hard to move . When I got the table the holes were an after thought. Got the table for free.

I forgot to say it will be used to drill holes in my welding table 5'x 10' by 1/2" on a 6 inch grid for holding fixtures. Probably 100 holes . And a chassis table. My shoulder won't take it...
