I think a small fly press would have produced the same...

Drivers side door top jig saw puzzle and lots of holes to fill in.

Working out were to cut door frame off.

The back part of the cab had 114.3mm (4.5") cut out and the front pillars had
125.11mm (4.92") cut out, why the difference in size? because of the front pillars having the angle on them...
