It's still way too hot to get into any heavy work. It is supposed to start cooling down tomorrow so in the mean time, I've been taking care of some minor stuff that doesn't require much effort. I installed the CTS door check arms to the lower door hinges and they work well. Then I got the door latches and strikers mounted. These door latches are operated electronically. There is a button on the outside of the car to get in, and one on the inside to get out. There are also cables that come from each latch so you can get in and out of the car if the power fails from an accident or the battery dies and you can't get in or out.
I also installed the fire wall insulator pad and the accelerator and brake pedals. (All from the CTS)
