Default My first buck

I took on this 37 Plymouth to stretch my skills and had hoped to at least make shop rent. I am in the hardest half on the project, definitely learning a lot and it would have been cheaper to had payed him to go some where else but you can't put a price on education. This is my first buck and largest rolled panel I ever made. I took (90 degree bent) sweeps from the other side and almost all aligned with what reference points I had with the exception of the left side above the arch. I don't want to write it off to 1937 stamping technology and have yet to release the remainder of the QT panel to see if it spring out. I just may have to blend it in to what I have. As we know you can't see both sides at the same time. Once the horizontal and vertical patterns where screwed in place I bent the arch to match the fender. I then backed it up with wood to make it ridged. Tomorrow I an starting my second piece.
