Years ago I worked in a Fruit Cannery and I used make can sweeps and twists to turn full and empty cans upside down so the labels could go on the right way.
These sweeps were mainly made out of 5/16" stainless rod and bent into shape with bending dogs "been looking in the shed for one for a photo"
These bending dogs were easy make, a piece of 1.1/2" x 5/8" Flat 2" long, with a 5/16" clearance slot cut in it 3/4" long and 1/2" dia handle 14" long welded on.
Bugger a drawing would be easy
