The windshield finish was a struggle, it would've been easy to send it out for chrome - could've bought it chromed. It'll be painted and i think you'll be glad we did. Thats' all i can say for the paint, the owner just left and we laid out the paint scheme. It'll be in the painters' hands tomorrow and we'll soon enough know if we done good - if not we'll just bolt a chrome one on, right?

Well, the old gal finally made it back. the original painter never did a thing but would give us updates etc. The painter that did it said it took 2hrs to tape it off and 3minutes to paint it.
We're talking to a vynl guy about making Border Patrol emblems and i'll make a siren in place of where the buld horn/tooter went.
These pics are with my shop camera, i'll get some better ones taken, and this is how it looked fresh from the painter.

That is so cool OJ. I think Joe Hartson is going to use the buck we made in a couple weeks to make one.

OJ, that looks really nice. Your customer should be very happy with it. Thanks for posting the project and allowing the flexible shape patterns to be made. That is probably what I will work on at Kerry's.
