Anoka
I don't have the post, but you should know that to build an Anoka (now Dake) you had to buy the plans that came with a single license to build the machine. Now that Dake bought the design, the plans are no longer available.
I have a set of the plans, but would advise that Kerry's recip machine detailed on this site is a lot easier build, and has most of the same features. John |

Mike, think you are looking for Joatmon. I remember the thread on the Anoka but don't have any of it.

I've got 4 or 5 pages of that with the photos. What's the drill for putting something like this back up into circulation? joatmon put that up at MM. I can see putting it back up there but shouldn't we have his permission to cross-post at other sites?
I just left a "visitor message" for him at MM. He didn't have an email address or PM option available. I offered to send him the material or repost it for him. cheers, Michael |

Michael, you are correct, EZ, Joatmon, owns the content and you need his permission to post it here, AllMetalShaping or on MM. It would be best to ask him to post it then there is no question about the content and the owner. On this site the poster owns the content and has the right to edit it as they see fit. This apparently is not the case on some other sites.

I can't recall his name....seems like he lived in the north part of Indiana or Ohio???
We certainly wouldn't want it posted here without his permission. Who knows what Randy's Metalmeet has for a policy now.... Given his new definition of ownership of posts, I expect a lot of folks are glad their content was lost.

Chris, the author can no longer edit their content on Metalmeet and if you ask for your content to be deleted they don't want to remove it. The rules say the author owns the content but they have no control over it anymore.
