Smooth shape. Sloping movements with this set of wheels. I will slowly finish the shape with little pressure. My wheels are set so that I can shape them to the edge of the fender.
Fender holder will be from material 2.5mm.

Default Front fender holder.

The front fender holder was made of 2.5mm sheet metal. I thought I'd make it in one piece.
But I made a simpler solution. Same material from multiple pieces. I'm sending the process. It was quite time consuming.
Many templates, lots of measurements. Many sequential disassembly and assembly.

Thank you. Aggressive was the intention. I'm sending some more photos. Other projects may be lighter. I was worried enough. It looks simple. 3 parts.

Default Paint shop.

The paint shop is already trying. It'll be better than I thought. It was a little crooked from me. But in the paint shop is expert.

Invention is a combination of brains and materials.
The more brains you use, the less materials you need.

Thank you boys. This is a test of the whole project. I look forward to how it will look mounted. The fork and rear wheel will be changed and some adjustments will be made.
