Back again.

I have been busy and made a wire frame of the rear clip on the 40.
I used 8mm and 6mm wire.
The 6 mm was way easier to shape and manipulate.

The very rear section that the t/lamps mount to I did make it on the rear of the glass body like a stensile.

I used a combo of ply patterns or straight of the profiling tool that I have to make the rest.

The frame took about 3 working days over the period of about 2 weeks.

Getting a new camera next week so pics will improve.
l have been of an ipod and they are crap.
Wrote a whole shpeal but the site or net was struggling and it would not post and it has all gone and not into re righting it at the moment.

Yes I used 6 and 8mm, I would only use 6 next time the 8 is to hard to play with.

I didnt have a pic of the frame complete, it looks a little sparse in these pics.

a Jenny is any hand cranked turning machine, like a bead roller or burring machine or flanging machine, or set down machine, or Easy Edger.... Etc...
