Hi Constantin

You don't explain what you're trying to achieve in the finished product, so assume you're making a fender-like shape by stretching with a bossing mallet?

It looks like you need to shrink the area where the crease has developed as the excess metal has been forced into the crease. Shrinking can be done with your mallet on a stump or by using a tuck-shrinking tool.

These methods which use easily available tools and methods have been extensively detailed in posts archived on this site.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply Many.
It is a pannel for a bike and I am trying to make it in one piece.
I will have another one on the other side of the bike.
