Yup- had to replace my smaller 5" side grinder in the studio recently. I have always used Milwaukee versions, specifically because they have a paddle and not a slide trigger. Most use is with diamond blades.

Their new configuration of safety/lock is much different than the one that just died and not my favorite. Need to depress the safety button on front of paddle to operate tool, which then almost automatically becomes a lock for the paddle. Very touchy to use as just a paddle, so find myself using in locked position more often....
