Magnificent automobile. Extraordinary restoration. Words fail me and that doesn't happen often.

Well it might if you close both eyes and put a burlap bag over your head. But thanks anyway. That car is, probably more than any other, the epitome of what I was shooting for in the visual department. But the level of work is far, far beyond what I'm capable of.

........this is what happened with that build
Avery good friend and colleague of mine called Vince Panozzo come to me and borrowed a quite large picture of that car that I had for a long time, he then start working on the pic and made a full scale drawing for this car, He came down to my shop and showed me that drawing, he lied that drawing on my floor......(it was a work of ART. )
Once all measurement and scale was right, he start working on the body.
I drove down to the work shop where he CONTRECTED about 3/4 Month after he started and the body was all made but still in a ruff out stage where the owner would then come down and check it, after that was done, Vince worked on that body for a while longer..... till other commitments with government schools for panel beating and other government issues arise,
Vince had to stop working on that car due to those commitments .
That is when Ryan Whitling (that worked for me earlier in that Year) come in ...he was then working there at HVR on and off and finished the job... BUT!!! He was not the only one working on that car at that time, a guy by the name of Phil also I believe worked on that car as well till the car was finished. It was then all put together by Ryan ,Phil and even more people where involved in the assembly of that car
All in all .... the whole job was just stunning!! Not only the body but the whole mechanical procedure as well, including all the right parts and accessory's (just STUNNING!!) ...the rest is now history
Peter
PS... I believe now days Ryan is working in his own shop some where around here?+ he seems to have an issue with me? I certainly haven't got one with him?

I know everyone doesn't do Facebook but I found HVR's album of this build. 209 photos. Almost worth joining FB just to see it:

Amazing details.
