Default Hi from South Australia

Hi I'am a 57 year old retiree that loves restoring car mainly Jaguars and MGs. I have a passion for metal work general machining and just plain old working on cars. Prior to retiring last year I equipped my work shop with a lathe, a mill, english wheel and shrinker and stretcher. I have no formal training in any of the metal shaping skills and I'm hoping for some mentoring and good old advice and inspiration. I look forward to getting involved with the web site.

Welcome mate. Plenty of advice on here and you can learn a lot by reading existing posts too. I read every build in the Automotive section when I started here.

Invention is a combination of brains and materials.
The more brains you use, the less materials you need.
