I just researched how to do this and I everything I found advises me not to do this.

Uses to much bandwidth and could possibly crash the board/server.

John, email me that info? I haven't been able to find the actual code without buying a mod pack......something I've wanted to find out about since we switched to VB.

If the site needs some $, to buy an upgrade I would be willing to chip in.

The offer is appreciated, Mark. However, more research is in order on this one. It is only available in a paid package (not in the freebies I can find) and a LOT of folks warn against using it - it takes up a lot of server horsepower and could very well crash the whole site from time to time.

I'm still looking at it, and then it would have to be put before the committee for a vote.

I just click on view last page to open it in a thread. This tells me how many pages there are. Then in the address bar just retype the page number at end of address to what I want.

In the tricks you thought everybody knew thread below, the last page is 11. Change the 11 to let's say 6 or 3.

I tried clicking a view all selection on a thread from the Hamb. It took forever to load. I think one page at a time is the better way to go.

Not quite the same, but if you go to User CP, click on Edit Options on the left side, scroll down to Thread Display options, the third option in that section allows you to choose how many threads are displayed per page. I have mine at 30, this reduces the number of times I have to change pages.
