The Hoyle Accu-Arc Ruler has been around for quite a while. I have had mine nearly forty years.

sweeping
Hmmm. The Hoyle Accu Arc is only good for a 144" radius. Not so good for long body lines. A number 2 sweep has a 1800" radius. If you get a sweep over 150 the radius change is way too small to be useful for manual panel building. I made mine by plotting them from a CAD file and cutting them out of 1/4" baltic birch plywood. They are fine for an old hack like me.

Sweeps
Hi guys, Looking a the replies the discussion seems to about accuracy verses cost. My question is if I have acquired ,made a panel then this panel would not necessarilly have a profile with one continuous unchanging radius and to make an accurate copy then a one off profile made by any one of the methods mentioned here would the most cost effective ,rather than having lots of sweeps just in case. I am sitting in bed with a coffee and Sunday papers thinking that we are so lucky that my self an absolute beginner can discuss this with the best in the " business".

Sweep File exists?
I saw in this thread someone had a file to make your own sweeps. I have access to a laser and I'm wondering if I can get a file from anyone to cut a set for myself and save some money and time. I can build a file but if it already exists that's much better for me.
