I suppose it is metal forming not metal shaping because no stretching or shrinking is involved but, regardless, it's amazing and impressive as all get out.

hmm...he must have VERY flexible thumbs to be able to get them INSIDE the can to push out!!
i might be wrong but i think the level of definition (sharpness?) of the details requires "repousse".
tho, i would be glad to be proven wrong.

and why couldn't he polish that can with a buffer? too many fishy questions...
