Hi guys. New to the site. After being lead body tech in a production collision shop for 26 years i jumped ship last year and bought my own shop. I am primarily doing collision repair but am transitioning into a full custom/restoration shop. I currently have quite a bit of equipment in the shop including a stomp shear, bandsaw, finger brake, lancaster shrinker stretcher, and a couple planishing hammers. I also have a nice reciprocating power hammer that i currently have no idea how to effectively use. I joined this site for information and to learn how to use the tools i have to the best of their ability. We do a lot of muscle cars as well as old truck restorations. One upcoming build that will require alot of metalshaping is a 1946 chevy pickup that will be arriving in a couple weeks. I look forward to dipping into the well of knowledge here and taking our work to the next level.
