Default watervliet planishing hammer

Have a line on a Watervliet planishing hammer. Haven't seen it yet, but the guy that has it says it was a piece of "yard art" at a garage sale so it may be that "wall hanger" status may be the best use. I've never seen one apart. Can anyone speak about pistons, bores, seals, etc.

Renato Muskovic sells a rebuild kit for them. If you can pick it up for yard sale pricing, you've done well.
