That really say it all, man. So much variety in skill, experience, intentions, budget parameters, schedule, everything. But there is none of the "you're doing what?"-type comments that populate the rest of our normal world time between events. Very cool.

Participation is a big deal. Take advantage to do so whenever you can. Life changes quickly. The experts that do these events will not be around forever to share and teach. Neither will you. Not trying to be all doom and gloom, just realistic.

Videos and books are not the same as relationships. So often an expert or Master has an ability to connect in person in a way that no book or video does. Novices can even help the experienced see things more clearly. Everybody wins. Not sure which experience is more significant, even after being on both sides of it. When a mentor is gone before you ask them that next question, it's a big deal.

I once thanked Will for his influence on me, noting about how better men make better men. Those are good words for this year's RR.

This is not to overlook Mallory. She's so far ahead of where 99.999% of us were with metalworking at that age it's almost unfair..

Will and Peggy: Thank you for the hospitality and such a wonderful event. I had a great time, always so many talented people to learn from and everyone is generous sharing their time and abilities. As usual, I learned more than I expected and hope to be able to attend again.

I really enjoyed helping to fire up the speedster.

Will, the package arrived safely. Thank you for shipping it to me.

Thanks to Will & Peggy for another great gathering!
They ordered up super weather, and I sure did enjoy it. Still not so warm here in Wisconsin. Here are some random pictures I hope to caption soon.
