I have a new idea!

What do folks you think about removing the arm and putting it onto strategic blocks under my 6ton truck. I can then push onto it with a bottle jack and get it straight maybe.

I have no experience on that so open to your opinions.

how about bracing the ends (front and rear) of the chassis by placing some box tubing between them (across the engine bay) that will lock it all together, then using a pull type hydraulic ram anchor one end (with chain) to the front and rear braced points on the straight side and pull the centre of the rail inwards

hope that makes sense lol

It does. But I need to push out.

The problem I discovered is that because the arm has a verticsl S bend, supporting like you said and pushing or pulling wants to rotate the whole arm at the top corner of the S instead of bending it.

swap the chain around and use it to push against rather than pull from? it may take a few goes to get the twists out

considering how damaged and rusted the frame rail is, I would cut the frame rail in 2, straighten the inside rail member panel and make a new outer and spot or plug weld that back on, the other issue you may encounter is those frame rails may be hardened from factory, so spring back will be a problem.
Bending is also highlighted when you weld pieces in as like yours has. Most of the 450's had bad issues with front sub frame, suspension mounts ripping out was a common problem and excessive corrosion, I have re-welded quite a few of these, and have repaired rust issues. IMO I think the issue with rust was the underbody sealer that Merc used was hard and used to crack in corners and at joins allowing water ingress, then rust would take place under the sealer without notice. You will find the Sub-frame has bent due to no structural support of the frame rails. You maybe able to pick up another sub-frame pretty cheap.
