After returning from the Route56 metal shaping event and learning some more about riveting, I got a chance today to do some riveting on the speedster. I was able to finish the floor pan and firewall items and to update some earlier work and riveted them in place today. The rivets are looking every bit as good to me as I was expecting. Can't wait to get to the body panels.

Gosh Will, that dashboard looks perfect (too perfect I gather if you are an original Bugatti owner... which I'm not!). How did you achieve this?

Default some small progress at last.

These pics are from Today. I had two GREAT friends Paul Crosby (Redneck Roundup cook) and Charles Camp, both experienced Model A guys help with several projects including the movement and mounting of the Speedster body to the Model A chassis. Existing upper body panels and some of the floor panels were removed to facilitate the body mounting.
