Default New to Metal Shaping

Hi all,

I'm Carl from Wichita, KS, My reason for joining Metal Shaping is to learn to make things from sheet metal that look like they were made, not found. I've been a welder/fabricator for many years and am semi retired. Sheet metal forming was rarely asked of Me and when it was I was slow and always required assistance from someone with experience, I have done just enough to desire more knowledge. Finally I'm approaching the part of My life where I should have the necessary time to begin learning.

Hi Carl,
Welcome to the forum.
(Some of us sheet metal guys are slow welders and require assistance....)
Wichita has a lot of aviation going on, over the years.
