Default Custom upholstery

Whatís up everyone, joe from a little island in Washington. I am an upholstery shop owner who grew up watching my dad build race cars in the garage. I got the fabrication bug early in life. Iíve always been fascinated with hand made metal and I want to be able to put more of a hand built feel into my interiors, whether it be shaped aluminum, bead rolled stainless accents or blacksmithed accents. I have also have had ideas of sheet metal projects rolling around in my head from a young age that i am here to learn as much as I can. I do have some idea of how metal moves but not enough to offer it to customers yet. Thank you for your time, Have a good night.

The problem is that at a lot of big companies, process becomes a substitute for thinking. You're encouraged to behave like a little gear in a complex machine. Frankly, it allows you to keep people who aren't that smart, who aren't that creative.
