54 jag front end rebuild is done!
I finished up the sheet metal work on the nose of the jag today. lots of challenges with this project.

Really beautiful work there.
Something I've always wondered about: How difficult is the lead work around the headlights on those things? Seems like it would be a lot harder than the typical sail panel seam.

It's not too bad. I try to get it paddled in as close to the correct shape as possible around the bottom of the front of the bucket because its a very awkward place to file. Other than that spot its mostly horizontal surface which is pretty easy (it makes it easier for me to not drop a bunch of lead on the floor )
