Wow guys nice words. I do the best I can, it's all I can do.

Kerry I was not able to put my hands on a past invoice with .090" purchased, so it's probably something I've had for a while but I bet 5052 is what it is as well.

I was able to spend some time today on the panels, I have them planished and put into final arrangement. As you can see both top and bottom pieces have a double reverse, which just seems to make every slight change affect another area. Plus the openings in the flanges on both ends are very different in shape.

Plenum work is very enjoyable for me, as well. This will be a stout part when welded and bolted. Expect it will flow as spec'd.

Great job! A few years ago I built some brake ducts like that for a GT car. They are some hard and tricky pieces to make!
