Default typo

My bad. 8 times h is correct. Spelling counts so often in life and I suck at it.

So I took some more measurements and it looks like there is an arc from both sides that meet somewhere in the middle. Some one suggested that instead of bending that part that I weld it in place.

So this is what I got so far. It is the mirror part of the one labeled 162A. The top has a cut every 5 inches and bent 90* following the curve.

Default Many engineers per one square meter.

I have one proverb: "Many engineers per one square meter" This includes all their wisdom. Finally, the problem will be solved by the cleaning person. A person from practice.

do you think this design might be a little to complex? I was thinking about welding a piece to the top instead of bending it like that, but welding a four foot piece of sheet metal could lead to issues. What do you guys think?

What is the material? What is the thickness of the material?
What equipment do you have? Eckold or EW. There are many ways. What's the part for?
