Previous material was old scrap, its a thinner gauge and a softer material.
Next pictures are scrap also but of the actual material im going to use. 0.9mm. Its quite tough material but I think ideal for roof structure. 20190217_194257[1].jpg 20190217_192149[2].jpg

Bart, That is pretty impressive, Great Job.
Just for interest, The panel your making has a double step, where as the sample has a single, where the hinge bolts up to, Why is that and what vehicle are making those for. Did you end up making those rear beavers for the Torana, and how well did they fit up. Cheers

Made up the mdf guide when feeding into pullmax. I was going to mark a line to follow and free hand it but chickened out
