Removable Adhesive Suggestions ?
I have aluminum fascia panel I am attempting to make it is going to be 1/8 thick but I would like to put a rounded bevel on the edge. My idea is to glue the aluminum to a piece of MDF cut out my shape and then I would be able to use the height of the MDF to guide the piece along a bearing piloted roundover router bit. My question is what have others used to temporarily bond the aluminum to the MDF ? I have some double sided mounting tape that I going to test but I thought I would ask if anyone had any experience at doing something like this?
Thanks in advance

I run a CNC router and I usually use 3M Hi-Strength 90 Spray Adhesive anytime I run aluminum or brass. If they are larger pieces I spray one side, smaller pieces I spray both the mdf and metal. Then use a heat gun after your done cutting to warm it up and the glue will release. Ive machined up to 1/2" material using this method.

3M (minn. mining. and mon@poly) makes a Spray 77 that lets you release with effort. Spray 80 dies on the shelf. 90 is serious. Low temp storage not recommended.

Temporary adhesive
I like Crystalbond 555 because the residue comes off with water. I heat the part with a heat gun and put the Crystalbond on like a color crayon. Then put it on the substrate. You can't use water coolant or let the part heat up or it will release. I use 509 if I need water coolant.
