Default Tipping /bead roller will either work for a project in mind

Hello,
I have a project in lind for my grandson.. picture a 2 inch wide continuos circular shape with a small lip on each side. I would like the shape to be continous from a large circle to.smaller circle.. the purpose for this is a track for his matchbox cars to go down. I was thinking, waterject the continous profile in alumi um and tip the edges.. is this possible/feasible? This is more for therapy than a play toy.. play for me, therapy for him.. any suggestions comments will be grealy appreciated..thanks, tony c

Hi Tony.
Not quite sure on your plans,
There a Couple of ways I would do it, Grab a Large 4wd front spring to use as a template, then make some C Sections, sit them onto the spring then weld them all together or cut a spiral, leaving enough width for the cars then fold all the edges with pliers.
I have drawn a rough sketch to show.
