Default 1939 Willys front fenders

I want to scan my front fenders to make wood bucks to build them.

What is the best/cheap device and software to do this?

Have you seen this-https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=0QjLl9iAQos
If it were myself, build a suitable strongback. Divide length of fender into increments that indicate the spacing of the stations. Make scribed templates from underside of fender at your spacing. Block fender up on strongback. Build your stations to fit underside profile. Once you have your stations secured and fitting well underneath fender, you can add cross bracing between stations.

Thank you!! I have watched and subscribed.

I posted on the Fusion 360 group site and looks like the only agreed upon software was Agisoft. I have started a chat with them.

But, most recommended the old fashion copy and build a buck.

Also, most recommend mounting the fender to make the copies, see he did it loose.

In his bodywork with hand tools video, he used various templates to keep the shaping on course. Various templates are useful when shaping off the buck. Easier and faster than constantly uaing rhe buck to check progress. Also, David has decades of experience doing this!
