Default Guitar builder here

Hi All
I've just joined and I am looking for some advice.
Firstly, my main interest outside of my boring IT job is guitar building. I have been working on my off time to come up with my own line of guitars for the last few years. I don't just make the wooden parts on my solid body electric guitars but I also make all the hardware as well, (minus the machine tuners, for now).
I have been working on nickel silver pickup covers for several weeks now. This is why I am here. I have pressed my first cover but it is not perfect. I hope to gain some knowledge from this site to help me resolve the imperfections.
Regards,
Jim

Welcome Jim. Please post some pictures of the metal part you are trying to make (including any failures) as there are many on here who can help.

Welcome to the forum, Jim.

Sounds like a great pursuit. As always, lots of build pics or a link to your work/website is much appreciated.
