It's annoying that they want to sell the tooling separately as it really is part of the machine. I see it a lot at UK auctions and will never buy something that's been split up. I get that people want to maximise profit but it makes you wonder if practices like this actually turn buyers off?

Fair enough, I just see a lot of it over here and it is for maximisation. I understand wanting to keep tooling for your next machine if they use the same.
