Both hot air extraction openings are welded and shaped to match the contour of the fender. Next comes cutting the hole in my fenders and welding them in. That sharp corner flange thickness is only .030". I'm a little nervous about welding. I'll post pictures once it's all finished and looks good.

LOL, I saw a Very similar widebody Jag on FaceBook Mike and was all set to post a photo and the guys name so you could contact him. Then I saw Imperial SN 0001 in the background and realized it was you with a different last name.

Yup! That was me trying to dodge the trolls. It is amazing the responses by some people without the slightest idea of what all is involved. Design, complexity, equipment, experience,time and money all have be considered. There is so much more knowledge, experience and support here on the forum.

Hot air extractors are complete and I've got the left side fit to the body. This viewing angle is odd. I should show it from above as you'd see if the car were on the ground.

Mike, I'd like to see some detail on how you made those. I've been thinking of something similar for the roadster. I have a piece of 10x48" woven stainless left over from a motorhome grill.
