Although it is a large show and was very good, I believe the annual Essen show, coming up next month, is a better show. It has a larger assembly of high-value cars.
Next date for the Retro Classic is March 22nd - 25th 2018
The show in Essen is called Techno Classica and will be taking place April 5th - 9th 2017. Both shows take place annualy, dates vary.

yes, ..... and Enzo suddenly introduced the 2L V12 - with pistons the size of walnuts.

My own personal experience of that design was doing a nit pick resto on this old girl, back in '82:
ser.# 0010, 1949 factory team car
during the 1949 Mille Miglia ... oops ... finished in 2nd gear

and after four more, equally-serious wrecks later on in that season, there was kustomizing in the 1950's ... after which, it finally got a little work-over with my "damage-eraser" ----
White 114 copy.jpg
but it did make the cover of Cavallino #44 ...

( btw, I helped with advising owner on paint - no filler on this job.)

Kent,
How was the body line that runs from wheel-to-wheel put in? It folds in under the front fender lip.

From what I could tell, the marks indicated roll-forming.

I beg to disagree:
