New post icon
Maybe its just me, but it seems hard to see when the Icon on the left shows up green indicating a new post. Its just to subtle to see. Could it be changed to a brighter color or just changed in general?

A Lot of forums offer different "Skins"... allowing you to choose a color scheme or design layout... I think vBulletin offers that option if the forum owner buys it as part of their deal.
But yes... I often have to tilt my head just right to be able to figure out which are green and not.

I'm not sure I understand what you're talking about. I use the 'todays posts or posts for the last 7 days not the New posts.

Kerry, I try to read everything new, which is highlighted in the color of the little icon on the left of the list of forums. It's got a little bit of green (which is not a terribly contrasting color to the rest of the forums' blue icons... ) to the left of the "swish"
It's OK except it's difficult for us that like to surf the way me and "kidpaint" do... I start at the bottom, looking for the posts with the green on the side... and work my way from the bottom to the top, so i don't miss anything. The problem is, the forum is not friendly to that style of reading... It also marks things read that I have never seen... Don't know why, but it does every time I visit, so it's very difficult to know what's new since I last came by. I'm pretty good about reading all that is "unread" until all of a sudden it just marks everything "read"...

Just click on "New Posts" and it keeps you up to date on everything.
