Early fifties custom car tutorial
Came across an article that some might find interesting. It was written in 1952 by a guy named Vince Gardner. In it he demonstrates how he went about building a custom sports car from scratch. I don't know how to post a link but the article is on Forgotten Fiberglass.com and the article is titled Create your own custom body.

Thanks for finding and sharing this article. This is the kind of thing that shouldn't be lost again. Maybe it could be included in one of the last Barton-Longyard books.

That's the one. The thing I found really interesting was the simplicity of his methods and the lack of any specialized tools. Neat to see how they did things back then.
