Default Any shops in hollywood

Hi everyone! I'm in California for a honeymoon/ friends wedding and was wondering if there are any shops around here (LA/Hollywood area) that are willing to let visitors in and see their work, or tour. As much as I'd love to stay all day an pick people's brains the wife would kill me lol. But it never hurts to make contacts and experiences you may not get a chance to do again.

I am in no way affiliated, but Hollywood Hot Rods is on Palm Ave in Burbank. I am sure if you explain to the shop manager (Greg) who you are and what you are doing they would take a few minutes with you. They have an amazing shop there and the work is incredible. Cheers.

rod emory is in north hollywood, and probably not too visitor friendly. hit up @salamancametalcraft on instagram and see if maybe you can get in through him.

hollywood hot rods gives tours, they're in burbank, delmos and old crow are literally right next door

foose/west coast customs are close to burbank

clarke gille customs is in north hollywood as well.

"experiences you may not get a chance to do again"

If you are on your (her) honeymoon, you may want to think about the statement from your post.

Any metal shops worth visiting will be around for the next trip.

Haha I know what you're saying Richard k. Before hand we talked about what we both wanted to do out here. We both agreed to do things together make a compromise. I told her we can do what she wants all the other days if she gives me one lol. She was okay with this trade off!

The ones already stated will be your best bets for the Hollywood area, Salamanca and Steve Hogue are more long Beach area. Realize with traffic, everywhere in that area is pretty much a two hour commute each way, so plan accordingly.
