Using IE6, they all show for me.....of course, they're cached too.

Using FireFox3 the image from the HAMB doesn't show, not does the attached version, but the MM picture and the AMS album pic all show.

Haven't installed the OLD version of Netscape that abarthdave is using yet.

VBulletin support shows nothing (that I can find) about an issue like this.

Still working on it.

Once I visited the HAMB album, that pic shows in Firefox as well....that whole caching thing.

One thing I like about Firefox is the automatic spellcheck, but that's a different story

Hi Tim,

I don't see the HAMB picture, but the Metalmeet and Allmetalshaping pics display just fine under the appropriate text. PC, XP, IE8.

Ken

edit: I just read back and discovered that there are four pictures to see, I only see two.

Multiple attachments on MM don't show in FireFox either!

http://metalmeet.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6406

I'm guessing it's a VBulletin issue...just got to get to the bottom of it!

Using Firefox and XT, I see all 4 images but when I follow your link to MM, I see 04.jpg, 06.jpg etc. They are blue and therefore clickable but I have to login to see them

Using IE, I see EXACTLY the same.

Any idea why Gator sees SOME of the images in a post but not all or nothing? Did you change anything on the database side?

Tim, when I click on the MM link I don't see any pictures but do see the blue clickable link. When I sign in I can see the pictures. I am using a PC, Windows XP, Mozilla Foxfire.

Let me further state that occasionally Firefox won't let me see photos on MM.

Using Firefox, I see:

Instead of composing your message and then attaching files, this method requires you upload your attachments first. The "ATTACH" icon is the paper clip at the top of the Editor:
Name: 02.jpg Views: 1102 Size: 31.8 KB

This option can be used rather than scolling down to the "Manage Attachments" area of the editor. When first clicked on, this icon automatically opens the "Manage Attachments" window. Click on "Browse" to find the images you want to attach to your message:
Name: 04.jpg Views: 1100 Size: 48.0 KB

Once you have selected the images you want to attach, click "Upload". This might take a while, depending on the size of the files and your connection speed. Once the files are uploaded, the "Manage Attachments" window will refresh and show the files you have uploaded as "Current Attachments":
Name: 06.jpg Views: 1091 Size: 45.8 KB

Now, as you are typing your message, you can click the paper clip to access a list of attached files:
Name: 07.jpg Views: 1099 Size: 23.8 KB

Click on the file you want to have displayed. The insertion will occur at the current cursor location. I prefer to click enter and put my images on a new line. If desired, I can also do a post showing what can go wrong with image placement .............................

Once you click on a file, it will insert the VB code for inserting an attachment. It will not show your image or a recognizable filename, simply the attachment i.d. # used by the forum software. It will look like this:
Name: 08.jpg Views: 1087 Size: 23.4 KB
