Lots of great advice here. I agree with fixing instead of replacing. If you have a habor frieght around I would go get one of there 10 ton portapowers it should be enough to straighten the inside frame. You can also use it to be your inside dolly while you are working from above. You also need to cross measure the inside to make sure it is square. Measure from floor to opposite roof frame. With a dent like that I would suspect that is not square but pushed a little from dented side to the good side. As you remove the dent it will not be a problem to get it back to square. The ticket here is taking your time and don't get crazy and force things. You'll be amazed at how quickly you can work this out. Good luck.

One other thing, the strength when you make pushes to square things up or to straighten that upper rail should be from where the floor meets the wall. You don't want to push from upper rail to upper rail and stretches those roof bows. You don't want to go there. Good luck.

Thanks again everyone, its sure nice having guys who know there stuff
actually help out a newby like me. I will give it a try to fix the roof w/o replacing it. I'm thinking now about where to cut out the roof reinforcments. As far as the wrinkled side, 1/4 panel I will replace that portion as I think it will be in my best interest to quickly get that straight. Replacing the window with a patch anyway. So I will shop around for a more suitable hammer and confirm my side to side measurements. It might be a real slow go as far as progress pics, but I'll post em when I got em. Comforting to have this site handy as well as a replacment roof
