Beautiful radio - love the design. As Will suggested, I would roll the cone to a length which includes enough material to accommodate the "arrow head" detail, then tip the front lip to fit a bezel and finally trim to suit for welding.

Thanks guys. Ive never used a slip roll before, but I believe will has one so maybe we can try that method sometime.

Happy with the progress, but it's not quite there yet. I might be able to finish it. If not, I suppose I'll have another go at it sometime.
