Hammer formed 14 gauge .072" AKDQ frame rails. Not edge welded. Started with an oversized return, approximately 2.25" final trimmed to 1.875". Most of the forming was done with a Cleco 6G gun. Lighter planishing was done with a 4X gun. The fixture bench it is fastened to is my own design. The shop that milled it told me it is flat over 10 feet to within .013". The parallels are much closer. The length is also milled right angle one end. A guess on stackable datum/height at 24" we believe could be around .010". All crossmembers are milled as are all fixture basis and heads to .002".

WOW! I recognize that. Is it for a full restoration?

Yes sir. We are doing both outer rails. We also have CAD draw CNC cut and bent one of the rear body mounts. After the A40 rails we have the drawings and CNC cut hammer form parts for the inner frame rails for MGA.
