Default Hammer Wedge's and Handles

I've just bought from this supplier, some wedges. The ones here in Australia, are expensive and not very good. Die cast. I got 20 for just a little over $12 US with post to Oz. http://stores.ebay.com/Hickory-Handle-Store

Have you tried his round ones? I have had excellent luck with them.

Thanks for the link, I have been looking for a supplier, myself.

Hi Marty. Never used round ones. The hammers I am putting new handles on have small heads. I had some luck, at a swap meet. And bought hickory handles for $2 each

I got my handles from Dagger, GREAT prices, 3 dollars each, i think? Octagonal handles too for restoring our Plomb hammers. They come with the round wedges, i liked them alot.

There prices are great. But the cost of shipping tools, down under is a killer.
