What I found interesting is how Lazze creates the window opening by first tipping the edge to 90 degrees so he can shrink the curve into the window frame, then runs his a radius die in the 90 degree tipped edge, to turn it from a sharp 90 to the smooth finish radius.

Ron Covell made the lower half of the 32 grill shell in the morning then the upper in the afternoon.
