I think you mean 95A. 95 shore D is hard, a hard hat is 75D. UHMW-PE is only 80D. I deal with plastics and durometer a everyday unfortunately :-(

Hi, I guess that you try to get there to quick, you need to do it in several steps.
Steel on steel will give you a exact bendline but it still need to be done carefully to avoid this bulge.

I have a v- shaped setup to get the bend perfect if it call for that, I use this as a final tune up.

Hope you Solve the trouble, its fine to avoid Dolly and slapper work if you can!

My shortcuts in writing left some salient questions....

CORRECTION:

Or a 95(SHORE A) D(urometer)
