I also posted in the classified here

the pictures on ebay show 2 different dollies one with a scribe and one with out. The one with out was my first one I made. All the dollies have a built in scribe for a 1/8 wire. Also the last picture on Ebay shows the a round bar closing the edge over the wire. The new ones are made of Stainless Steel.
