Very cool, Adrian. I'm not on Facebook at all so will ask- how much of you Jappic is based upon actual old parts vs modern/reproduction/newly fabbed items? Things like suspension, chassis and driveline?
This isn't any type of judgment. I'm just curious about the basis of project, old or new. A local acquaintance named Pete Hill, a hard core Harley Davidson Knucklehead fan who is AMA Hall of Fame member and holds the record for Worlds Fastest Knucklehead Top Fuel drag racing bike, was not allowed to drag race his motorcycle against cars in sanctioned events early in his career. So he built a four wheel dragster chassis for a knucklehead engine. Said he didn't win any races but he learned a lot about breaking and fixing parts while he was trying.... Motorcycle engined four wheelers are a special kind of machine imho. Let me know if it's ever on this side of the pond. We would love to have your car at our big annual bike rally with the other race bikes. It's a lot cooler than the typical Morgan trike.

Really cool project there! I'm thinking that as our Baby Boom generation begins to struggle with worn out knees, cyclecars just might make a come back.
