Default Whitney jensen 10 ton punch "MAKE OFFER"

IF INTERESTED MAKE OFFER, I HATE TO SCRAP THIS MACHINE / TOOLING BUT NEED ROOM
It is a good machine that I would still be using if I had not upgraded.

I found a PIERCE-ALL and moved this machine in to the back room, it is looking for a new home so it can get back to work.

The s/n on this punch starts with 130 so it should be a model 130 (10 ton machine)

Size: it is approx. 28" wide x 46 1/2" deep x 86 1/2" tall
Throat: 18"
Power: 230 v. 3 ph. (I ran it with a phase converter for years)
Tooling: It comes with punch/dies, punch holders, die holders (see pics)
Price: $???
I also have some parts that go with the machine (brake band, springs, special bolts ect)

Location: near Williamsport, Pa.

I have many other pics of machine / tooling and can Email at your request
Steve

Default Capacity

Mark,

I suggest googling it. When I did, I found:

http://www.cedar--rapids.com/Industr...ss-machine.PHP

Thickness capacity is a function of tooling diameter and thickness of the material. Rule of thumb I use, is to not try to punch a hole where the material is larger than the diameter of the punch.

Know very little about them, but hope this will get you started.

Default Repurpose it

I'm way too far from you to ship such a heavy machine. But by the looks of it, it could be made into a dedicated thumbnail shrinker, etc. I'm surprised that no one has stepped up.
