Default torch welding 22 guage

i was wondering how hard it is to torch weld 22 guage sheetmetal? would a number "0" henrob torch tip work? because i don't have anything smaller yet.

22 gauge should be no problem with the Henrob #0 tip and the pressures set correctly, 4 psi each.

Probably about 1/2 throttle, if you are continuously pulling the torch away to weld that you are too hot, you should be able to weld like 1/2 inch at a time skipping around and stretching the HAZ as you go.

You must be in control of the weld.
